PayneXR

Terms & Software License

Updated September 22, 2026

PayneXR is operated by Dakota Payne, doing business as PayneXR, a sole proprietorship based in Tennessee, United States. These terms govern your use of the PayneXR website and software. Questions: support@paynexr.com.

Your account and agreement

By accepting these terms when creating an account or purchasing a license, you agree to these terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement, and authorized to act for any organization you represent. Keep your account information accurate and your credentials secure. Our Privacy Statement explains how we handle personal information.

What you receive

PayneXR is downloadable Windows software for football broadcast graphics. After successful payment, your license is linked to your PayneXR account; download the installer from your account and sign in inside the software. Use the same email for your license account and purchase. Contact support if access does not appear after payment.

You receive a limited, nonexclusive license to use PayneXR for your own or your organization’s productions, including commercial broadcasts, on one active computer per account. You may move your activation using the account’s computer-release controls. The software is licensed, not sold; you may not redistribute, sublicense, resell access to, or bypass licensing protections in the software. These restrictions do not override rights granted by applicable law or third-party open-source licenses.

Free trial

The seven-day trial starts when your account is created. No payment card is required, and the trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. Access ends when the trial expires unless you separately purchase a plan. A paid purchase starts its paid period at checkout; it does not wait until an unused trial ends.

Prices and automatic renewal

Automatic renewal is optional and unchecked by default for weekly, monthly, and six-month purchases. Leave it unchecked to pay once; access ends after that paid period without another automatic charge. Checking it authorizes recurring charges at the price and interval shown before checkout, until canceled. Each new purchase starts its period immediately; unused periods do not stack. Existing subscriptions keep their current billing settings and can be managed or canceled through the billing portal.

Website prices are in US dollars before applicable taxes. Checkout shows the final total and currency before payment; a localized currency may be offered. Monthly billing follows your purchase date rather than a fixed 30-day period, with month-end adjustments where needed. Your billing portal shows your renewal date. Any future subscription price change will be communicated before it takes effect, with any consent or cancellation opportunity required by law.

Purchases through our current payment links use Stripe Managed Payments, with Stripe acting as merchant of record through Link. Stripe’s checkout terms also apply to the payment transaction. Stripe provides transaction receipts and handles applicable transaction taxes for covered sales. The statement descriptor may include LINK.COM and PayneXR.

Quotes and purchase orders

Organizations may request a quote for a perpetual license. A quote request is not an order. For approved purchase orders, purchase-order terms apply: online payment is due within 14 calendar days of the invoice date. Temporary access may be granted before payment; permanent access is issued after payment is confirmed. Direct PO invoices identify the seller and applicable taxes separately from Managed Payments checkout purchases.

Canceling and refunds

Manage or cancel your subscription online, or open Account → Billing & invoices → Cancel subscription. Complete the cancellation before the next renewal to stop future charges. You keep access through the period already paid for. Cancellation does not itself refund a payment. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for unresolved technical problems and your legal rights.

If you cannot access the portal, email support@paynexr.com from your account email to request cancellation. You do not need to telephone us. Uninstalling the software or requesting account deletion does not by itself cancel billing.

Activation, compatibility, and live use

First activation requires internet. Trials and time-limited plans must verify online at least every 48 hours, and access cannot extend past the license period. With PayneXR 1.3.13 or later, a perpetual activation works offline without expiration on the activated computer. Release it online before moving to another computer; contact support if the old computer is lost or broken.

Review the system requirements and use the free trial to test your complete camera, capture device, computer, field conditions, and output workflow before a live event. Tracking accuracy and frame rate vary with conditions and hardware; listed frame rates are targets, not guarantees. Maintain a suitable backup production workflow. PayneXR graphics are production aids, not official measurements or officiating decisions.

A perpetual license does not promise all future products, major upgrades, or indefinite hosted services or support. This does not shorten the purchased license or override any specific promises made at purchase. Applicable third-party license terms remain with their respective components.

Your footage and graphics

You retain your rights in your footage and graphics. You are responsible for having permission to use and broadcast footage, team or sponsor logos, and other content you supply, and for respecting privacy and intellectual-property rights. Submitting material for support allows us to use it to investigate and resolve your request; it does not grant us permission to use it in advertising.

Support, warranties, and responsibility

Product support is available at support@paynexr.com. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or a particular response time. To the extent permitted by law, the software and services are provided “as is,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. This does not exclude warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, PayneXR is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost broadcast revenue, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or restricts nonwaivable consumer rights.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for future use and purchases, with notice and agreement where required. Updates do not retroactively remove rights attached to earlier purchases. We may suspend access for material license misuse, fraud, or security threats, with notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where appropriate and lawful.

Tennessee law governs this agreement, except where mandatory laws in your location provide protections that cannot be waived. Contact support first if there is a problem so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require arbitration or waive your right to bring a lawful consumer claim.
