Purchase-order terms

Purchase orders are available only for the perpetual license and require written approval from PayneXR. Requesting or receiving a quote does not create an order or activate a license. Send your PO after reviewing the quote; the order requires written approval. Weekly, monthly, and six-month plans use the standard checkout.

Approved invoices are payable online within 14 calendar days of the invoice date. The invoice confirms the approved price, any applicable tax, and the final total. There is no automatic renewal. Tax-exempt treatment requires review of valid documentation.

Temporary access starts when the approved order is activated and runs through the date stated in the approval. It is time-limited and requires periodic online license checks. If payment is not confirmed by the due date, temporary access may end. A permanent offline-capable license is issued only after payment is confirmed.

The Terms & Software License and Refund & Cancellation Policy also apply. Any different terms in a PO require written agreement from PayneXR.
